Turkey Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges (TOBB) Accreditation Certificate Ceremony hosted by TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcýklýoðlu, On Tuesday, February 26, 2019 was held in TOBB twin towers with the participation of rade Minister Ruhsar Pekcan and TOBB Accreditation Board President Faik Yavuz.
The ceremony was attended by our Chairman Mahmut DÜNDAR, Secretary General Ahmet ASLAN and Accreditation Quality Representative Velit Aydýn. Our chamber which was awarded with B Class 5 Star Service award in its category again obtained its certification with a satisfactory degree in its field.
Turkey Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges (TOBB) President Rifat Hisarcýklýoðlu stated that they are in a position to export TOBB's chamber and stock exchange system to the whole world. ''For instance there are demands from 57 Islamic countries including Turkic countriesThey want to learn our stock market system, " he said.
Hisarcýklýoðlu, in his speech at the Accreditation Certificate Ceremony held at the TOBB Twin Towers, stated that it is very important that the business world should continue to improve itself in the rapidly developing and transforming world and that the chambers and stock exchanges have transformed and developed themselves through the accreditation system.
Hisarcýklýoðlu stating that '' Chambers and Stock Exchanges have shifted from typewriter to online document-providing systems through digital transformation and as of today they have been able to provide services in 17 different languages'' .
Hisarcýklýoðlu stated that our chambers and stock exchanges have provided project support over 800 million liras so far, and said, Our accredited chambers and stock exchanges conduct projects with 28 countries' chambers. Even with the projectthey do, they receive awards in competitions all over the world attended by the world's stock exchanges.Chambers and stock exchanges have become the centers that produce and offer services to our entrepreneur in the best possible manner. They have become opinion leader of the sector. "
Hisarcýklýoðlu stating that with the accreditation practice, the chambers and exchanges documented their rise to world standards, noted : "We do not issue this certification. If ý were to issue this certification ý wouldwill provide accreditation certificate to 365 chamberss and stock exchanges and we would guarantee the elections. An idependent institution is providing this certification. Therefore, neither favoritism nor torpedowork here. We've come to a pointfrom which we can export our system.

We do not keep the information to ourselves. We started to share our knowledge and experience with them. In fact, there were countries that implemented our system. "
Hisarcýklýoðlu stated that,accreditation audits of 115 chambers and stock exchanges were conducted last year and the documents of103 of them could be reissued."After having documents certified, the work is not done yet. They are also renewing themselves " said Hisarcýklýoðlu.
Hisarcýklýoðlu stating that it is necessary to continue collecting the demands of the members and companies in order to further increase the service quality. "They expect more from us, we need to see this.We must be at a quality befitting our community and active organizations. Service to this community is essentially a national duty. God willing, together we will carry our community and our country further. "he said.

Minister Pekcan stated that they are aware of the importance of accreditation in the global economy of the 21st century. "Accreditation means trust andquality and quality means brand. Pekcan underlining that the concept of quality does not only mean branding but also the country's imageas well asthe standardization and accreditation noted that: ''At a time when the service trade is rapidly developing, perhaps the accreditation activity in the field of service has become even more important than the commodity trade itself .Therefore, I find this initiative of TOBB extremely significant.In such a competitive order, accreditation of our chambers and exchanges are critical.Accreditation is an important indicator that our chambers and exchanges offer reliable and quality services. In the coming period, strengthening our chambers and exchanges, which are very important for our country's economy, is one of our main objectives. We need strong chambers and exchanges that provide quality services for a stronger economy, comply with the European and world Chamber/Stock Exchanges system, offer reliable fast solutions to the demands and needs of its members, improve themselves and ensure its reliability in the business world. A strong Turkey means a strong economy and Chamber/Stock Exchange , which means powerful traders and industrialists.Therefore , we must ensure that all our chambers and commodity exchanges are accredited by fulfilling the necessary conditions’’.

TOBB Accreditation Board Chairman Faik Yavuz stated that they have brought the accreditation system into Turkey after examining all chamber structures across the world and tstated that their goal is to provide first class service to their members.
Yavuz, Emphasizing that accreditation is among the most important steps of this noted that ties established between the members and the chambers are strengthening day by day. Yavuz stated that in total 269 chambers and the stock exchanges is accredited and that they aim to accredit 365 chambers and stock exchanges.
